• 2/13 - Vehicle broken into on Via Ramada.
• 2/2/13 - After the Superbowl but before 10pm multiple cars were broken into with a slimjim on Via Romera and electronics were stolen.
• 2/12/11   A GPS and netbook was stolen from a white 1996 Honda Accord on Via Ramada.  Left the inside car lights on. 
•  2/6/11  On Bernal Road a man tried to enter a backyard Sunday night around 11pm.  This man was tall, wearing white sneakers, light-colored shorts, and a jacket.  He tried to open the backyard gate and looked into the yard.  When he found the gate to be locked, he continued down the alley toward Via Del Oro.
  
•  1/26/11 -  there was an attempted burglary Cheltenham Way.  A nieghbor saw two young Hispanic men climb over the fence into the back yard and attempt to break into the house by removing window panes.  When the men realized someone saw them, they left quickly in a black Honda (Civic or Accord, she wasn't sure which).  Someone else also saw two similar looking men earlier that day who appeared to be casing that block or house in a silver/gray Chevy Silverado pick-up truck.  The San Jose police were also notified and sent someone out.
  
  
• 12/10/10 - Farm delivery stolen of a porch on Via Maria
• 12/9/10 - Car broken into on Via Barranca.  Car left with doors and compartments open.  Minor valuables taken. 
• 12/4/10 - Gas was siphoned out of a car on Via Maria.
• 8/23/10 - House on Via Maria broken into via unsecured door between 9am - 10:30am and items stolen.  Police report was filed. 
• 8/1/10 -  At about 1:20pm, a middle-aged asian man attempted to open a front door on Bernal while owners were home.  He tried the doorknob, and when he found it was locked, he inspected the mailbox and then left.  He was about 5' 3" tall, clean shaven, wearing a gray polo shirt, jeans, and sneakers.  He did not appear to be a solicitor and this man has not been seen around before.  The police were notified.
  
• 6/20/10 - Black Honda Civic like car parked on Avenida Rotella with three young asian males loitering and smoking.  Left when a neighbor walked outside. 
•  6/14/10 - A shirtless and shoeless peeping Tom peering in a window on Via Pradera.  Police were called.
• @4/19/10 - A vehicle was stolen on Via Ramada
• @4/7/10 - A car stereo was stolen from a driveway on Via Maria 
• 4/7/10 - A vehicle was stolen on Via Ramada and another was stolen on Avenida Rotella
• 3/20/10 12:30 a.m., a neighbor on Via Maria saw a large, white SUV, possibly a Suburban, slowly creeping down Via Maria, estimated to be moving about 5 miles an hour. The vehicle continued at this pace, all the way down the block, turned around, and departed. The windows were tinted black, so it was impossible to identify the occupants.
